    Dear Mr/Mrs,

I recently sent my online application to the website of Open University and as I have never filled a form of application for a university I was a bit scared about making mistakes while filling it ,thus, going back and forth on all the pages to check whether they were accurate but unfortunately by doing so the information I already entered on the following and previous pages were not saving to which I had to filled them back again. But, after completing and submitting the form I realized that on the personal details section the gender actually switched back to default which was male, but I am a female and I am afraid that this misleading information might result in the termination of my application.

Will that be the case ? Is it a severe mistake ? And is there any possible way I could fix it ?

I will be waiting for an answer from you and I sincerely apologize for the trouble.
    Thank you,
    Joanna
